Surface

Different surface use in different areas.Our main surface is mdf melamine, it can be more easy to clean.

Also fabric and leather surface is very popular in conference room or banquet hall.

And like dancing room or classroom,client prefer mirror surface.

Also we can design surface pu leather with printing photos.

If client prefer to paint color on panels, we suggest Mdf bare finish.If prefer to glue wallpaper, plywood surface is a good choice.

Accessories

We can also provide sliding aluminium profile samples for client.

Such as sliding aluminium track,roller,connector,aluminium frame,top and bottom seal rubber,retractable mechanism and etc. 



Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the retractable partitions panels with wheels.

Wheels/Rollers:  It is the carrier for the retractable partitions,let the panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.

Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,"L", "T", "+"types are available.

Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.

Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.

Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.

Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.

Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the retractable partitions.

MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.

Packaging & Shipping
 

Sliding partition wall when we finished production, we will use carton packing and mdf board to pack movable panels. 

And we will also make one or more packing boxes for clients.It can reduce damagement during transportation.

We usually transport movable panels by sea, such as CIF price.

Some aluminium profile,sliding track,glass clips and other accessories we can transport by courier, like DHL or Fedx.
