1.Track installation:Suspension fixed way is at the top of the partition board install the hanging wheel, and connected to the track suspension. The track and hanging wheel should be chosen according to the partition size and load weight.
2.Partition panel installation: according to the design drawing, draw on each partition panel to mark the line wheel, fix the wheel with screws on the partition board top; Then the panel be put into track, let each panel in the perpendicular to the ground; Test and push-pull flexible rotation, and finally to fixed connection.
3.Debugging: movable panel need to discretion, sealing and so on debugging after installed. Then cleaning up the panel, complete the installation work

Accessories details:

Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.

 

Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.

 

Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory - China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.

 

Seals: vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal drop will be 23mm.


 

How do the movable partition wall work?

The continuously hinged panels are pulled from their parked position to 'close' (or extend) the wall and pushed back to the parked position to 'open' (or fold)the wall. Final flat alignment of wall panels is assisted pneumatically by a gas piston located in the top track. A lever or recess handle is fitted to the lead panel and this combined with a vertical rebated profile provides the system with its pass door. The door is available with or without a lock cylinder.

Telescopic sleeve panel.
Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. The sweep strip simultaneously extends the top and bottom. The rubber sealing strip on the side edge of telescopic panelcan seal the wall tightly to reach acoustic integrity.
